Young King Josiah liked his throne at the library almost as much as he liked the books.

Fresh Hope!

About 3 weeks ago he finally started pulling up to a stand! Now at 14 months he's working on cruising the furniture a little. The boy may yet walk before he turns 3!

Little Businessman

With the ever-increasing demands of his job, the boy deals with another call while traveling. His grandmother is impressed with his calm response.

Boy Meets Dog

The boy had lots of fun playing with a real dog, and not just his bone as the picture would imply. Surprisingly, he knew that Roman was a dog even though he hasn't played with one in person before. On a side note, Roman is almost exactly the same age as Josiah. And we thought the boy grew fast!

My Hat!

We like to fool around with Josiah, putting silly things on our heads and calling them hats, while signing "hat" to him. He's got the idea now, and loves to sign "hat" (patting your head), but for his short and chubby arms, he's decided that the top of his head is his ear! Here he's putting on a hat, one of his stacking cups. Of course it goes right on his ear. :)

New Pet

We got this stuffed dog awhile ago, and it is the boy's favorite. He signs "dog" and sometimes crawls over, squeals, and buries his face in it.
